Meeting Minutes – March 2016

Freewheelers (FW) minutes March 7, 2016

Present: Board- Karl Johnson, Larry Hart, Cheri Tutterow, Ricky Tutterow, Will Beeker, Larry Richards    Non-Board- Frank Tutterow, Cheryl Turner-Watts, Jennifer B., Linda Votey

• As of today, we have 158 members; 35 joined in February and are eligible for the Trek gift card drive.
• Corporate Bike- Karl will start with having 3 this year; the first one will be from Milliken.
• Larry Hart- went over the budget
• Will- needs volunteers for the Crit on May 6th, please email him!  Also, he is doing a Family Day on May 28th to help being awareness to Bike Month.  There will be a 10 and 30 mile bike ride (Karl will do the kids ride.)     Stump Jump asked for funds to support their event in June.  FW will review this request again after Mitchell.
